I had to wonder if Hemomancers were affiliated with Noxus' Black Rose organization. Since Vladimir's talent was required to revitalize Sion with J4's blood, does this mean that the Hemomancers were involved in Sion's first resurrection?
He might have just been paid to do it. Those fancy clothes don't pay for themselves, you know.

Yup, Vlad is involved with the Black Rose. I'm not surprised honestly. In his position, I would be too. The Black Rose has much to offer a hemomancer like himself...
As for whether or not a Hemomancer was involved in Sion's rebirth, it's possible but I feel it's unlikely. It seems like they had to persuade Vlad to do it, which makes me feel like it's part of what First-Revival Sion was missing to begin with.
Yeah vlad might be part of the black rose(some speculate that thorn and petal in the sion promo are actually vlad and elise),but it is also possible that he merely works together with them on some occasions.
