The Voice Team seems to be falling behind when it comes to reworks/VUs.

VUs give insanely better particles. VUs give vastly new gameplay (At least in my eyes) VUs give great new models or clean touch-ups. VUs give all new splash arts. (As of late) VUs give fresh animations.

But VUs often don't give new VOs or expanded VOs. As an example of recent champs:

Tahm VO: 13 minutes. Illaoi VO: 16 minutes. Kindred VO: 17 minutes. Jhin VO: 20 minutes.

By comparison....

Tristana VO: 5 minutes Poppy VO: 6 minutes Gangplank VO: 6 minutes. (Granted this was spread among 2 VOs so he's closer to 12 if you wanna get technical)

Fiora? Alistar? Kassadin? Shen? Not one speck of new VO. There are outliers, cough cough Karthus cough cough, but you get what I mean.

I'm not going to pretend I know some stuff about VOs or voice actors or anything like that. I get that you may want to keep plot points hidden for certain champions (As you did with the Shurima event and bring back lots of VAs for a few new dialogue quotes). But really guys, for complete visual overhauls it feels very jarring when Alistar spouts the same six quotes he's had since release.

Alistar didn't get a rework, he got a minor model update

Visual update & kit rework =/= audio update

This is why relaunches are a thing. Visual updates are supposed to fix neglected visuals and kits are to improve gameplay. Perhaps audio updates should be separate.
