Should there be any Champion/entity who is made stronger by hate/despair/etc.?

As Long as There Is Evil - TV Tropes

Who here has played Breath of Fire 2? The final boss of that game, Deathevan, is a demon that gains its strength from the hate and despair of the beings that live in BoF2's world, and as such can never truly be destroyed so long as hate and despair exist in the world. Pretty much the above trope.

Would such a villain/entity in Runeterra be unfeasible? Or could such a being exist?

That is pretty much Tahm, who is a literal demon that is sustained by suffering. He relies on greed to facilitate that suffering and will exist so long as men hold greed in their hearts.

Well since Shen is described as being able of killing demons in his lore,I'd say it would also be possible for him to kill Tahm Kench with his spirit sword(Illaoi might also be able to kill him)

Technically champions that use rage as resource are made stronger by... rage

it counts?

That's more bloodlust and anger rather than hatred.

"As I live, all will die!" seems pretty hateful though. xD

Hatred is fuel of Anger.

Your description reminds me the chaos gods, entities that get feed by emotions, and until emotions that they consume continue to exist, they will bring destruction.

Aatrox seems to be fueled by blood and war does that count?

Well, Aatrox is kind of a mess right now, both in terms of story and gameplay.

I mean...that's basically what empowers Amumu's ult. Despair fueled rage.

He doesn't fulfill the "As long as there is evil" trope, though.

I was basing it on your title. Sorry.

Well we have already Kindred in the game, who are a manifestation of death,so I wouldn't say that such an entity is out of question.
