Mystery Icons Box favoritism
Why aren't there icons for every champion in the game and only a select handful?

Every champion in the game is a lot. Like 138 a lot, and if they added in other icons for Rhaast and Zoe, that'd be 140, which is WAY TOO MUCH.
Favoritism sure, but they are popular champions (except maybe Wukong, but I'm glad they decided to throw him a bone. He's been neglected for far too long). They also have a good amount of diversity in more ways than one:
- 1 Fighter, 1 Assassin, 2 Mages, 2 Marksmen, 2 Mage/Support Controllers
- 1 Demacian, 1 Noxian, 1 Piltie, 1 Ionian, 1 Targonian, 2 Bilgewater Residents, 1 Miscellaneous
Plus you have a much lower chance of getting a champion you like if all of them were included, assuming you do like one of the ones listed.
Over time I am sure they will add more and more, but just started with a small handful for now
