Do Yordles have some sort of "kill on sight" reputation that Teemo or Veigar is responsible for?

Seems that way in the Ziggs/Jinx comic that upon being seen as a Yordle, the Piltovians want to eradicate him without even a thought. I'm gonna guess either Teemo, Veigar, or some other Yordle we're not familiar with, is responsible for such a reputation.

Here's hoping that whenever you get to a Teemo or Veigar Visual Update, we'll get some Yordle lore.
