Question about the Darkin

Well, it has been revealed that the Darkin were formerly ascended warriors of Shurima. After Shurima's fall and the death of Azir, the ascended were without leaders and lacked purpose, which led to bloody infighting between them.

In light of that, I was wondering now that Azir and Shurima is back, how does Aatrox, Rhaast and Varus (and the remaining Darkin) react to that? Now that their emperor is back, is there any way for them to, not exactly turn a new leaf, but would they be willing to go back to serve Azir as they once did? Will they be happy if they find out that Azir is back? Do they even know that Azir is back?

Or are they too deranged at this point to care?

Given that they're all cursed with the whole "can't die and stuck in weapons unless they bodyjack someone" business, Azir might be able to convince them to follow him by promising a way to fix that.

I think the hardest one to convince would probably be Varus.

Aatrox is willing to kill the whole world in the hopes that he could die with them, so he'd probably be up for a better way to free himself from his curse. As long as he gets to kill Aspects, of course.

Rhaast has apparently completely lost it and just likes killing, so it's really just a matter of pointing him in the direction of whoever Azir wants dead.

Varus, though...Varus wants revenge against the whole world, not just the Aspects. He might be a bit harder to rein in.
