Kled voice line consistency

I was playing Kled and I noticed one of his lines is "Paranoia is just another word for ignorance," but another one of his lines is "Total paranoia is just total awareness!" and "Paranoia... means having all the facts."

Is the inconsistency a mistake or was it on purpose cuz Kled's just crazy?

Also I noticed Kled does a lot of screaming, like holy crap he screams all day. I feel for the vocal chords of his voice actor.
