New Splashes Are A Joke

I was letting slide the splashes that are going to live on the patch tomorrow, but when I seen the splashes that are going to the PBE today, I almost threw my computer out the window. The splashes for Sivir look like a bunch of 70's anime style a drunk person made. This is a 2016 game, the splash arts are suppose to reflect that. I understand that these are suppose to be the Chinese splash arts for the global update, but someone please tell me these are just filler until they can actually get to these champions. Out of all of them, the "new" Sivir splashes are by far the saddest excuses for splash arts in the game. Last I checked, Sivir didn't look like a 70s anime character.

Taken directly from the patch notes:

While the long-term plan has always been for us to create brand new art for these older pieces, we’re doing some short term work over the next few patches to unify the global experience: some of our splashes will be switching to the Chinese version, and vice versa. We know that in some cases, the quality may still be low or the art style may still be off. Like last year’s Mass Texture Rebalances, this is not a replacement for full-scale splash updates down the road, just a short term solution to solve a specific problem.
