I don't think he should. I've personally always seen Pantheon as a soldier among warriors. Someone who isn't brimming with rage on the battlefield, but extreme martial and military discipline.
He's not going to scream unless it's tactical to do so (fearing or surprising his opponent). He's not some berserker who fights with untamed ferocity, we have at least two of those already.
I feel his VGU should take a look at expanding his arsenal of weapons in game. Yes his spear is iconic, but he's supposed to be a master of multiple weapons and showcasing this mastery could better represent his "mastery of war".
So taking inspiration from Kratos's ability to use many different weapons equally (or taking inspiration from Bellona in Smite, whose kit involves having abilities that summon weapons and then having those weapons effect her basic attacks until she uses another ability).
Like, at the very least give him a short sword that he can draw when not using his spear. It goes with this idea that Pantheon's Q (after becoming a skill shot) impales itself into an enemy champion and gives them the grounded condition. During this time or until he retrieves it, Pantheon draws a short sword that changes his Q and E.
