List of Splash Arts that could use updating

The current standard of splash arts seems to have been applied around the Zyra patch, which is when they first started going back and making new splashes to fit higher standards. Compare Jayce to Zyra and you'll see a rise in detail. Much more polish. I think Jax and Corki got it first. With that in mind, I'm grouping based off of the following

Not including Malzahar since he's getting changed. Same with Yorick.

**Chinese Splashes: **These champions use placeholder Chinese splash art. These should come first if possible. I know Irelia and Pantheon had ones in the works.

Outdated S1: These champions have outdated splash arts from Season 1 or earlier that need revision.

Outdated S2: These champions have outdated splashes from Season 2, as they were made pre-quality jump.

That's 16 in total. There are 130 champions in this game, which means that about 88% of all champions have updated splash arts. That's really good on Riot's part.

If you aren't picky then you can chop off the S2 splashes entirely and cut the number down to 7.
