What we can learn about Zaun from Ekko Trailer

Ok so I'm sure everyone has seen the Ekko Trailer. It's a bad ass trailer I want to add in. But Clearly you can see the setting is in Zaun. The Alley guves off impressions of a city. Not to mention the Technology, but it's also but less clean looking so it's not piltover. Just from this trailer I snipped off some extra things about Zaun. It's not actually a lawless cesspool of mad scientist doing experiments. You have some people like Ekko. Who is actualyl a good person from zaun. I mean there's Janna and Zac also. So that's confirmed.

People in Zaun actually have blue hair, Natural that is. Just look at the Mural in the background. Some of the people depicted have blue hair. So This Also confirms that Jinx is from Zaun. Now that we know! Jinx is a Zaunite who uses hextech from Piltover. And it's not just a whole bunch of factories and buildings, there's houses here too. There may be neighborhood's here, a few ghettos seems likely judging Janna's lore.

With that being said, It seems very likely that there are gangs here as well. Not to say Ekko was in one, but he had a group of friends that he was very close to. The bigger face depicted must have been his closet friend. There probably have this group they were always with. Kinda like the game Jet Set Radio Future? You guys have to know that game.

it's seems that there are a lot of people who have been mechanically experimented on. Like the guy(Who is not Singed or Urgot) is, he has a giant mechanical arm. So you mean to tell me that Zaun is like a more chilled, not tidy Piltover? I'm starting to like this place.

I wouldn't say that we learned too much new from Ekko: Seconds, but I would say that it greatly embellished what we already did know. We're seeing Zaun and seeing it's people, we're seeing the extent of the techmaturgy and how liberally it's used and abused. We can literally see the gunk, grime and gas.

I'm really digging it.

Im starting to hate Zaun even more. They have good people there that are treated like crap or even like expendable resources, its disgusting.

I'm actually assuming that Mr. Power Fist was an enforcer sent to find and kill Ekko, possibly to retrieve the time device. I doubt your average Zaunite citizen would be that heavily augmented, and as we know from the Zac teaser images, the Zaun government is very interested in preserving assets for future use.

I'm more surprised at how attached people are to the guy he is fighting and screaming "OMG SINGED/URGOT REWORK!!!" Did it ever occur to them that this just be a random baddie, and that Zaun is a city where mutants are common place?

They did the same thing with previous vids. People thought the general in Bards video was Darius, or that the guy who was OBLITERATED was someone important. Even with last years harrowing, they thought that the puppeteer was a new champ.

But yeah, we may not necessarily know anything new, but it is nice to actually get a glimpse of the world these characters live in, which is something league needs more of badly.

The kid in the moral kinda looks like rumble if he was a human, so maybe he was similar to him (not personality, just in his use of technology.) maybe he even made the device that ekko is using!

Though I somewhat doubt it was just me that got the idea up, but lawd. I love how the moment I said, "Hey, that girl looks like Jinx" everybody "freakin" everybody, "WAIT! Jinx X Ekko confirmed!"

But yeah. I would love to see some kind of interaction between them like Ekko saying, "Jinx, what have they done to you?"

Hell, I'd love to see Vi recognizing the kid somehow. Because, if I remember correctly, it was neither confirmed or denied whether or not Vi does in fact recognize Jinx. It looks like one of those moments that Vi doesn't want to claim affiliation in the least.

Actually, it is Singed. It is Augmented Singed. This clip would seem to make that skin cannon.
