Because north america includes only the US xD

And they can't just hype a skin for 3 weeks and expect people to still be hyped when they release it they are probably going to sell a lot less than they would've if they had released it on the patch update.

You think they're just going to release the next ultimate skin without some special promo or something to rehype to people? They're probably going to drop some special content like comic, video or whatever along side the skin's release, it's going to re-ignite people's hype & it's going to sell like hotcakes. As we've seen from Championship Zed, delaying a skin's release doesn't effect sales so long as there's something to re-hype people. In Zed's case, it was Worlds. In Lux's case, I don't know what it is, but there WILL be something.

It takes time to prepare a skin that's 10 skins in one, and a skin like that has a higher chance if bugging out when released. Calm tf down

i understand that people are passionate about these things but there are schedules and time-frames for everything. Its a game nothing more nothing less, if i can wait, if someone can wait, then you can wait thats all there is to it. Riot will choose to put it out when they want, hell id laugh if it comes out and then disabled due to a bug or something.
