Are people (criminals, thugs) hung as execution in the public within Demacia? Is this not kind if barbaric? Don't Demacian champions see this as awkward. So if some poorc dude was being hung in the middle if town, for example, would Quinn just walk past and not care or feel kinda bad for the guy regardless that he is a murderer. Would she have anything against it?
I imagine if public executions were part of the culture or law ordinance in the land it wouldn't be awkward for a champ like Quinn to leave a criminal to hang.

if it was something that was normal in demacian society then i doubt anyone would bat an eye. in fact the hanging of a criminal i imagine would cause some sort of celebration.
You seem to be more than a little infatuated with Quinn as a character.
