It's not fair Soraka will never get anything even though Riot hates her
No skins (last one was years ago), no chromas, no LORE even.
Her current lore is outdated and will never be updated.

- last skin was Program in 2016, so it's been a year since the last Soraka skin
- they stopped doing chromas for classic skins, but they may do a chroma pack for one of her skins though
- it was confirmed a while back that Soraka's lore will be updated sometime soon (but not that soon)

They'll get to her when they do the Ionia lore update, most likely. Which very likely will be around when Irelia gets her VGU.
You people have to understand how anxious I am for updates to Soraka and groan every time my morning visit of Surrender at 20 does not mention her at all.
