Doubtful. The Smite and Ignite album was a bit all over the map as far as types of metal, not sure they used the same vocalist for each song they had one. I don't think they're trying that hard to tie it to specific champs.
I think it's unlikely that a champion has joined Pentakill as a new member and since Sona is mute, I say that it's another feminine figure that is technically already a part of the band...
