Before seeing the subs in the interaction video I thought she said "Algar's Kid" and was sooo confused by who it could be referring to.

I assume Ekko has probably made a name for himself in Zaun, or at least peaked the interest of some. A random ~17 year old kid going around taking down Vigilnauts by himself? Probably gets some attention. If people don't know his name they'll just name him whatever seems to fit. Kid? Check. Has an hourglass machine thing and an hourglass symbol on his face? Hourglass Kid.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that was one of Ekko's "In development" names after "Time Assassin".
