The Crimson Circle LoR cards have some really clever writing
I wasn't the one to discover this, but I want to share it with SAS because this is some grade A lore on here.
As we know from Vlad's bio, he has a cult of personality, a group of young Noxian mages of noble descent, known as the Crimson Circle. There are 4 Crimson cards in the game (a.k.a. The Squad) and the flavor texts on each card seem ambiguous at first glance.
For reference, here's what the cards are saying:
Crimson Aristocrat: "Ah, you too? To the Reveler's B--" "How am I to tolerate mine?" "Respectfully, my dear, my father would disown me. ...perhaps we should wear matching dresses."
Crimson Disciple: "Edvin! There you are, handsome. I was just thinking of you!" "Each of us can go, now…" "Escort me. I'll make it fun." "Or nothing at all?"
Crimson Curator: "Beloved companions!" "Were you? Well I received an invitation." "--Reveler's Ball! Yes!" "Then we must! I shall present my family." "Starters before dessert, my dear. And you, Kye? Will you attend?"
Crimson Awakener: "Even if I said 'no', you'd drag me along. So... sure."
From this, we get the basic idea: they're young party animals who have a certain appetite for degeneracy, and who are all going to a certain someone's ball. Also, Aristocrat and Disciple are really into buffing each other.
