does jinx have the ability to perform murder in the same way and manner jhin does to his victims? Like in Jhin's trailer where he is beautifying his victims after he kills them?

No. Jhin's weird way of killing people stems from him empowering his bullets with his own latent magic, which contort and transform the victim's bodies. Jinx has no such ability, though if she could use Jhin's bullets or get Whisper from him and find a source of power for it, maybe? Would depend on whether Jhin's enchantments stick around for long on the bullets or not.
