Yet in ther splash art and all her skins she has a key in her back and needs to crank it up from time to time.

Plus, Orianna used to be a totally made up robot that was programed to ''act'' human, yet now she used to be human and I think this should be part of her identity because the current Orianna is based on the fact that she was made a robot.

Champions who are radically altered by new lore could probably use a visual tuneup.

It would be a wonderfull occasion to tune up champions that kits are still in sync with the game, but visuals are older than the constitution.

Yeah I loved the key too :( but I find it interesting that she would be hextech powered and wouldn't need any external help to keep going and has lost ALL of her human parts.

I agree. And also out of all the complaints about the new lores from the Piltover section I only agree with the Orianna issues, like the ones you mention.
