Is There a New Champion Teaser or Something?

I was playing a game earlier today, and around Baron Pit after we lost a teamfight, I heard a voice cue from a male character saying, "It is the Darkness that defines the Dawn." It sounded similar to Aurelion Sol's VO but the voice was less gruff and more of a smooth kind a voice.

Is this a new teaser or is this something super old?
