Misunderstood, uses an evil power for good, etc. Kinda gives off a bit of a Cecil vibe from FF4.

Pretty much. I mean he has evil powers,is misunderstood and overall looks like an evil dude,despite the fact that he is trying to save the world.
It doesn't mean there can't be similar characters like that. I mean Varus uses also a dark power and is rather ambigious about how good/evil he is.Yes he wants revenge for revenges sake,but you can't really blame him on that and we aren't sure how far he is willing to go.
I would say so. Thing is, Kassy is just so old that his character is 
NULL AND VOID (by which I mean it doesn't come across in-game). If I recall he is on the VU list, though.
In the meantime just buy Dreadknight Garen.
Normally, I'd agree, but not really in this case. I mean, Void power isn't 'evil'. Its just power. Is electricity good or evil? All that matters is the person using it.
No dark powers, but dispenses really, really harsh justice.
