They were originally planned for 7.23 but now got delayed to 7.24. It is nearly 7.25 now and there isn't news or post about the Blitzcrank skins. Can we have some light on what is happening with these skins? I wanted to gift it to a friend but there isn't news popping up about it.

Algido1 votesI should point out that I haven't seen them in the store. I just rolled the shards a few days ago from project capsules, hence the I don't know. Though in hindsight it looks like I was being a bit rude.
Algido1 votesI just looked in the store and checked the "show owned" box and they didn't pop up. I haven't tried loading a game with either on yet. There's a bug somewhere though. Maybe it's because I've been a Morde main since season 2. That must be why lol.

I think you mis read that post. There is a 7.25 coming, which is the last patch of the year (and the christmas patch) and there it will be the micro patch there. I am asking because 7.24 is ending soon and there was no news about it.

Sukishoo1 votesThey were added to the store in 7.22 not 7.23 but disabled shortly after due to a bug with refunds. They've been confirmed to be returning in the next patch (7.24) so just gotta wait till then.
Anyone that got them before they were disabled though, was unaffected.
