Dear Riot, Please consider lonely champs who NEED skins versus giving champs skins 2 patches in a row. Raka has too many skins. GIVE LOVE TO OTHERS. I'm surprised you didnt give Ahri or Lux a new skins these next two patches. 🙄🙄

I know theres profit in Raka skins, but they'll make profit because they're also selling to every single damn country that has LoL available. So if it's not as popular in the US to some people, it may be popular to someone in Japan. Who the heck knows. One skin wont kill for an unpopular champion, especially its its released with like 7 other people that are popular and provided skins. But there will always be people to buy these skins, especially if they're available year round.

Well, let's see. Dr Mundo is getting a new skin (his last skin was 2~ years ago), Master Yi (whose last skin was 1~ year ago), Soraka hasn't had a skin since her Star Guardian skin last year (and I'm 50/50 on whether or not I want to count a Skin Variant as a skin), Twitch hasn't had a skin since last year (Omega Squad)...

And then of course Renekton hasn't had a skin since last year (Renektoy).

Beyond all that, though, the Winter Wonderland skins (disregarding Neeko) are probably going to be Legacy, and of course Hextech Renekton is almost certainly going to be a Hextech Crafting Exclusive.

But, what Champion(s) are you referring to who "Need" skins - that you apparently wouldn't mind letting their skin being Legacy?

No skin since 2015, 5 skins.
No skin since 2016, only 5 skins.
No skin since 2016, only 3 skins.
No skin since early 2016, only 2 skins? Yeah he's more of a "newer hero" but still.
I understand he was recently reworked, but he only has a few skins people can actually still buy. we can only buy 3 of his skins, and the last available one that we can still buy came out in 2011. The last skin he received, which is currently unobtainable.
Not heavily played, but I agree with Warlord Rhinark, and she could still use another skin.
While he isn't "urgent", he still hasn't received a skin since 2016, but has been released since 2012.
Already mentioned, poor thing only received 1 skin since his release.

He seems to be getting the bad end of the draw constantly. He hasn't had a skin since 2015, but also had a 4 year wait between his 2011 Skin to the 2015 skin. So definitely him, since only 3 are purchasable anyway.

Then of course, my little Kindred. Last skin was in 2016. Why has she not been given any love? Because she's underplayed like some other champs who have a bunch of skins? Idk.

So my top few that are deserving, Probably Kindred , Aatrox , Taliyah , Bard , Kassadin , Yorick , TahmKench , Ivern (even though he's still considered "new," he hasn't been provided a skin since release.)

Like Ezrael has 11 skins now, versus where some other heroes only have 2. MF has 12 skins now. Annie has 11, I know she hasn't received a skin since her Hextech one and super galaxy. Then you have Raka who is to receive 2 skins back-to-back, which is a total of 9 skins. Lulu also received 2 back-to-back skins. not that she needed them. /shrug. I'm glad Mundo is finally getting a skin.
