Are Sett Related Champions implying that his father is Draven?

I mean, seeing is also there the implication would be that their relationship is that they all proficient arena fighters. But that dick move Sett's father pulled on his family and his reasons to do so, sound very to me. What do you think?

Also, does anyone else think that Sett feels like he was made with Riot's coming fighting game set on Runeterra in mind?

Sett looks like he is in his late 20's or 30's. Draven is in his 40's probably. the timing would be weird. but also draven would not have stayed in ionia after the invasion. my bet is him and draven have a rivalry due to both being gladiators and them being ionian and noxian.
