Any ideas, I imagined he would be a green spirit but spirits often look like humans and Mao'Kai never fully trusted humans. Would he just be like a floaty ball thing?
Also what was the shadow isles thing called when everything got screwed over. ruination?
oSEXYPLATYPUSo3 votesi think he most likely looked like
Ralanr2 votesThe ruination yes.
Maokai i believe did not have a form or appearance before he became Maokai.
Wrathof3002 votesIn his lore it said that only his bark was corrupted, so I would imagine that he looked more like and ivern version of himself now...?
Bârd2 votesMaokai never wanted to be sentient.
He was just a big, old tree before the ruination.
In his current VO, he has several lines alluding to how he wants to go back to being a tree.
The new VO changes that quite a bit.
KoKoboto2 votesYeah I knew that from his old lore how he was a tree but in a game of league of legends some mages woke him up lol. I think now it's different.
