@champion skins team, Why hasn't Ahri gotten a bikini yet?

(Dear mods, this isn't a request for an idea, this is me seeking an explaination from the skins team because they are doing something that doesn't make sense.)

Let's try to follow this logical line of reasoning.

1. Ahri is a popular champ who sells a lot of skins because everyone wants their waifu to have plenty of outfits. Her fans would like this and wouldn't complain if they only got Ahri in a Bikini this year. Also, you'd probably be able to sell a ton of chroma packs for it.
2. Ahri is a pretty female and would look great in a bikini. You can't argue that this skin idea doesn't suit her because charm.
3. There are also a lot of styles to choose from so it's impossible to argue there isn't a single bikini she would look good in.
4. It's summer, she's trying to be more human, so it'd be perfectly natural for her to go down to the beach, play a little volleyball, crack open a watermelon, and watch some fireworks that night. It fits her theme and lore perfectly to slip into something for the beach.
5. Not making it would mean riot is spending time making skins that are higher risk, lower reward and that doesn't make financial sense for a for-profit company.

So if you follow my reasoning from 1 to 5, it's pretty obvious riot should be doing an Ahrikini outfit. Yet they haven't. I mean if the goal of the skins team is to make skins that keep the cash flowing and make the fans happy, the Bikini Ahri skin seems like a no brainer. It should have been done a long time ago and it's harder to argue against it that it is to argue for it. Just type Bikini Ahri into a image search and you'll see how much sense the idea makes. It speaks for itself.

So putting all these things together, there has to be a reason why this skin hasn't been made yet and as someone who has bought an Ahri skin or two, it's only fair to ask why this hasn't been done yet.
