Hextech Loot Skins: Why another ADC?

Don't get me wrong, Hextech Kog'Maw looks absolutely amazing. Even if I don't play him, he is my favourite hextech exclusive skin right now and I hope that we will get more skins with a hextech theme in the future.

However, Riot usually states that for stuff like that, they want to serve as many players as possible, meaning that they should rotate between the positions.

We have 4 hextech exclusive skins right now: MID JUNGLE TOP BOT/ADC

The position we are missing an hextech exclusive skin for is SUPPORT. So, why did Riot chose to give us another ADC skin instead of filling the gap here?

I think a better question is: Why did Riot ever make more than one of these abominations?

yeah i agree... riot has a trashy ADC fetish atm idk why.... next 7 skins 5 are going to be ADC.... even the holiday skins adc project skins ADC especially when we need another project support skins

MasterYi Katarina Ekko Lucian Yasuo Zed Fiora Ashe then theres the only support being Leona ontop of getting 3 more adcs to the project line that would make 5 project adcs but both ash and vaynes are going to be legendary as well
