Zarvanis1 votesOn the League wiki, Ziggs is listed as being still allied with Bandle City, even though he lives in Piltover. As opposed to Veigar who is Independent, or Heimer who is only with Piltover. I don't think Bandle City has anything against Heimer. This is from Rumble's lore:
He showed great potential as a mechanic. His teachers recommended him for enrollment at the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress in Piltover, where he may very well have become one of Heimerdinger's esteemed protégés, but Rumble refused to go. He believed that Heimerdinger and his associates were "sellouts", trading superior yordle technology to humans for nothing more than a pat on the head while yordles remained the butt of their jokes.
I would assume that the only Yordles that aren't allowed in Bandle are Veigar, Lulu, Kled, and maybe Gnar.

Independent would either be Kindred, whom I've listed with the Shadow Isles since they are death itself, or Bard. And Skarner is from the Shuriman desert.

GreenLore1 votesKindred isn't from the shadow isles(they are independent),so Kalista would be their most recent champion. And yeah Gnar isn't from bandle city either,he seemingly comes from the freljord and lives now in the same jungle as Rengar.(since Lulu is counted as a bandle champ on the universe site I'd say she would be the last bandle champ)
Rek'sai is listed as a void champ on the universe site so I would count her as one.
