@Riot if you guys care about skin quality do not release Death Sworn Katarina

So earlier this year Riot canceled Sewn Chaos Blitzcrank and Amumu for the following reason:

Now looking at the Katarina skin on PBE I got conflicted feelings about their quality bar. It is Literally just a blue Kat. Nothing about her Skin suggests you that its a Halloween skin. Its just Kata with glowy hair and glowy swords.

The Skin itself may be neat, but imo it has no creativity in it whatsoever and if the Sewn Chaos Skins got canceled due to not meeting their quality bar then this one should too.

I'm sure most would agree that all of the recent skins have been kick ass and worth the 1350 RP price tag (in my opinion at least) so it sucks to see a skin that could be so much more not meet expectations
