Doubtful. Ekko clearly disposed of the guy so it is unlikely he will bee seen again. Remember, Zaun is a place where mutants and technologically enhanced experiments are common place.

Well technically the guy was still alive at the end of the video(or alive again),but yeah he is most likely dead. Doesn't mean though that he can't have a connection to anyone.

He might have been augmented by singed or stanwick piddly(the guy who made urgot) or could be even part of viktors evolution.

in the new damn trailer they were fighting on summoners rift so they respawned, this is unlikely the case in the trailer. While the guy could be brought back to life and might come in the future we'll just have to wait and see

Brought back to life? You don't even see him die, just go through a wall. At best, he is knocked out. However, what happens after he goes through the wall isn't shown. Considering his toughness, that wall isn't enough to kill him.

He is most likely a thug or gang leader in zoun as that is where Ekko is from. He most likely wanted to confiscate that time tech to sell on the black market. Most likely to noxus.
