What's going on in Ionia?

Jhin's lore reveal that Ionia has stepped up their game since the war. But now there is also secret alliances and groups that poison the concil and even the Eldership it's self. Is Karma aware of this? What about Lee Sin? He gave up his sight because of the Noxian occupation of the southern lands of Ionia.....Right where the Golden Demon Legend came from.

You mean to tell me that Noxians were potentially near Jhin's prison? How many years was he imprisoned? I would also think that is is also part of the reason Zed went down the dark path. Or did Zed's act happen some time before the Invasion?. New Ionian Mysteries, I'm getting stoked. Is Syndra aware of what went down in Ionia or was she in the northern part of Ionia where news like that wouldn't reach a temple in the mountains. Were thos same moutains near the Tevesa mountain where the Nine Tail Fox girl legend is?

No, Tevesa is south Ionia. Because Ahri encountered Noxians. So is it safe to say that peopel around Tevesa was aware of the golden Demon? So, The Ionian Concil is corrupted. Hm. Yasuo was framed indeed. I wonder what rival school had another student that knew a wind Technique. I can't imagine Jhin killing his master with a wind magic crafted bullet. It is a sword technique. I wonder How riven is getting around in Ionia. I mean she was counted dead among other victims right? No one suspects Riven is Noxian?

This is really interesting to me. New questions come to mind thanks to Jhin's lore. Of course with Ahri's and Shens as well. Ionia is one of my favorites. What do you guys think?

Right now Ionia is in the middle of extreme cultural shifts, mainly due to the war. Their culture, which endured for thousands of years, was brought to its knees in the wake of forces invading from beyond their shores, so it's only natural that some people want aggressive change. Some things of note I like to wonder about and imagine;

  • Given some details we have I'd say Zed killed Kusho before or perhaps during the invasion. This dissolved the old order's power in government which was swiftly snatched up by the Order of Shadows, but when Shen rebuilt the Kinkou he was able to get them back in to politics, leading to a weird situation of having two seperate ninja orders competing.
  • Syndra's restriction by her master might've been a result of the invasion and the consequences of it; he was extra fearful Syndra's unbridled power after seeing the chaos Ionia itself was in and the wrath they had brought down upon the Noxians. He didn't want Syndra to turn out like that, so he took aggressive measures to ensure she wouldn't. If timelines are altered then maybe Syndra got involved in the conflict and used her immense magic to turn the tide. I also kinda want to imagine Syndra having a good deal of political sway in this revolutionized government.

Just some thoughts; short for time over here.
