Riot has been slowly been adding "turn tech" to champions(Cass tail, Lissandra hair, Ahri tails, etc.) And I'd love it if Nocturne got it on his shadow tail.
While I feel like his problem may be a bit bigger, I feel like it's a pretty important one as it's pretty noticeable on his model. He doesnt seem to be getting a model update anytime soon so this would help him out immensely.

I doubt they will work on him when he really needs a vgu.
See nocturne's tail isn't part of his model. It's a particle effect similar to his spells. So it can't be fixed the same way as Sol or Cass.
I kinda like the fact that it doesn't follow him. It's kinda like a comet tail that is created by solar wind and radiation.
He needs full VU maybe even VGU at some point just look at the dude, am i supposed to be scared of black smoke baloon on heroine flying around with 2002 animations throwing dark wannabe trail disks at me? Only "scary" thing about him is his ult but you get used to it very fast.
