Reveal ... maybe. new champion will either be Dec. or Jan.

Uhm most likely not. Riot usually doesn't tease a champion for that long.

Other ingame teasers had the champion usually in the next 1-2 patches,which would mean that the new champ is either in 7.22 or 7.23 and in either case they'd get released in november.

I would say that the new champion will be released November-December and Swain around January-February.

Ornn was released in late August and revealed a few weeks earlier, so my bet is an early November reveal and a November release date. So maybe a few more weeks.

Well the teaser is on the PBE. so late oct / early nov teaser will be live. so you can imagine whoever it is on the live server in 6 weeks. they have reworks and other things to release to keep us occupied in the mean time. who knows if they will delay to keep the swollen number of champions limited.

6 weeks? I'd say 4 weeks is more likely since a new patch comes every 2 weeks and a teaser is usually added a patch before reveal. Mid November is more likely.
