Considering that we only know 1/6th of Runeterra's emerged lands, that the gravity strength of Runeterra and our planet's are similar and both world share the same physical laws, can we assume that Runeterra is about the same size as Earth's and therefore Valoran, Shurima and Ionia are about the same size as North America?

The distance between the capital of Noxus and the capital of Demacia is roughly 2540 miles. The distance across North America's widest point is 2800 miles.
A bit bigger Shurima is a desert and a jungle meaning it likely rests on Runeterras' equator so like north America and maybe half of South America
Shurima as a continent is imo Russia size. As a nation/empire it's China/USA size.
