Will Rammus or Swain get new splashes soon? They could really use them.

Well Swains and Irelias were teased but aren't finished yet. So yeah they'll get them at some point.
And about Rammus: a rioter said that someone was working on a Rammus splash but it was left in the dark because noone had the motivation to complete it.
