@Riot would you ever consider expanding a seasonal skin?

Take Wukong's Radiant skin, one of my personal favorite in looks, color schemes, and overall. But it's a Lunar reveal skin and I was wondering if we could get more or would it have to be a lunar skin regardlessly? Like Radiant WW would be a good skin and an insta buy for me.
