I understand that Twitch and Rammus are the first and only of their kind as intelligent anthropomorphic animals, but what about the others?
Are there are other gumihos/kitsunes like Ahri in Runterra?
Is Wukong the only human-intelligence level monkey from the Plague Jungles?
What about Rengar's species?
I think there was a lore passage somewhere about there actually being quite a few of Twitch's kind. Rengar and Rammus have pretty vague lore on the matter, and I think Wukong and Ahri are anomalies created, or caused, by magic.
Ahri's case is something rare. She had interest to humans, which may be means she thinks different than her kind. It's not enough, being interested doesn't chance you directly. You have to be close to an dying human. When it happens, it gives her extreme pleasure. May be it's not something other foxes love.
Ahri has a lot reason to be unique of her kind.
