I feel so badly for Riot. I remember the Rioters talking about how terrible it felt to have Elementalist Lux spoiled, and now their next dozen projects have all been spoiled. They probably feel really insecure about their work now. I hope that doesn't affect their quality of work or their personal happiness too much.

And anyway you should keep in mind that this leak isn't perfectly accurate,I mean our "phoenix" has no fire abilities or anything phoenixlike about him.

Don't read too much into this. Since we had nothing else to with and not even Redmercy helped, there's no point in trying to find flaws in a design decision we know nothing about. If the leak is true, there's no way Riot put them on her back for the hell of it. There has to be a certain reason. And if the leak is true (Eve being mostly naked), her "back tentacles" might be made of shadows, just like her clothes, that allow her to manipulate them with ease. It could very well allow her new stealth mechanic to work, in-game.

Who knows what's Eve's extent of power now. As an ex Eve enthusiast, i am quite OK with this. I can't really find anything wrong with her previous design (one we have right now) but i also know that if Riot was forced to keep it, they'd certainly have limitations to what they can do for her. In any case, i am looking forward to her rework and finally being able to return to playing her :)

The leaker was partially correct though. He called Xayah a harpy,which might have inspired her,but isn't really harpy by mythology,while Rakan was described as a phoenix,but the only thing he has in common with one is myb the colour scheme. It appears the leaker mostly just got short glimpse of all this,with not context. Myb he/she just misinterpreted her sashes or something similar for tentacles?

Note,I might not saying the source is incorrect,just that all the information isn't 100% correct and is posted how he interpreted it.

Yeah it is fairly accurate so far :/ kind of sad. Though it is now Cosmic Blade Master Yi rather then Cosmic Reaver, and Conqueror Karma at least wasn't spoiled in the Leak.
