Interesting. Maybe we'll get our "Admiral" Champion at some point in the near future. Someone who leads a vast fleet to bring law and order to Bilgewater.

Okay, maybe that doesn't spell "savior" to the home of the pirates so much as "oppression and ball-busting". But that's a YMMV thing.

Still, the thought of an Admiral Champion makes me grin...

If they go for the GP savior, i really hope they dont screw it up like they did with Xerath.... I hope they find a way to show us the pros and cons of his way to handle things, so we can decide on our own if hes more of a villain or a hero.

Didn't riot say recently that they didn't want Gangplank to just be a traditional pirate, that they wanted him to fill out some more space lore wise?

Normally the lore events are accompanied by a new champion,but what if tahm kench isn't really the champion for the bilgewater event?What if the bilgewater event doesn't even happen in the next patch,but in a later patch,that will also introduce a new champion,this so called hero(or its the one who makes everything even worse for Bilgewater)? I mean we don't have any of the event-stuff on the pbe currently(except for the map),which is kinda odd.The only times that I can remember where they actually put something into the game without putting it onto the pbe first were the urf-events,which was just one gamemode.
