I made a post that somewhat talked about this issue a while back saying riot currently doesn't allow enough job oppurtunity in the lcs and by lcs I also mean the LCK

Tons of talented challenger players all over the world are dieing for a chance to get into the lcs, to prove they are just as good as the current LCS players, who desperately deserve mainstream media attention. However many of these players will possibly never get into the lcs, or at best be underrated as a sub.
