Swain's hair: Possible compromise/solution?
On one hand I think it would be cool if it turns out to be a cultural thing for men from Noxus Prime (the capital) to be a touch more well-kept and fancy than foreigners and provincials. It does look cool, even if no one expected it.
On the other long white hair villain is a bit too generic, and combined with a crimson cloak reminds too much of another champion. It's too different from old Swain too.
My solution: While I can't make up my mind on what length I want his hair, wouldn't greying black hair be more fitting? White strands to show his wisdom, raven black hair to show his kinship with the Raven.
