It's not confirmed, guaranteed, or mandatory that we will ever get a PP Darius skin. For example Jinx was also some PP art, same with Aatrox and Garen. That doesn't mean they will get a skin, their just part of the picture.

There are a lot of champions in the pool party splash arts,even if they don't have a pp-skin. Like: and probably a few more that I overlooked
