Will Soraka's lore update come with a kit and visual overhaul?
Since she is supposedly confirmed to get new lore, does it come with a new gameplay kit and visual overhaul?

I highly doubt it. She received her Visual Update on 09/24/2012, and her Gameplay Update on 09/09/2014. Her visuals aren't bad, so I assume she could receive another VU in the future, but she isn't Tier 1 or Tier 2 choice for any updates at the moment.
I am having a hard time trying to tell if this is another troll post or that he is actually serious for once.
Soraka already got her visual update, she was one of the first champions who got it
