Why is it we can't get new Voice Overs unless it's during a VGU?

For instance, if Lux's backstory of being a child soldier gets retconned, her "With superior tactics!" and other lines won't make any sense! But Riot keeps claiming "It's not worth it!" when I say that's bullsh!t. You're making millions from eSports, so there's no way you can't afford those voice actors to re-record your roster.

Look at how much people love it when Blizzard makes constant updates to Overwatch's voice lines. It gives the game enormous personality, and the same sort of thing would apply to League if you did this.

So please, devote more people to Voice Over updates.

Its very likely that Blizzard already recorded VO interactions with Ana and Sombra a long time before.

I mean the first mention of Sombras name was during the pre-beta-release,meaning that at that point Blizzard was already developing Sombra(and likely Ana as well). So when they recorded the VOs of the starting roster they likely recorded their lines for Ana and Sombra already in advance and don't need to rehire the Voice actors every time again.

Because you are asking Riot to rehire old voice actors and waste time and effort on something they have no real gain from ? Also doing only one aspect of a champion is kinda counterproductive, which is why they usually update champions in bigger packages.

Overwatch was recently released (voice actor still around) and doesn't have a lot of characters in comparison so this isn't really a fair comparison.
