Most of Demacia's patriotic Champions are associated with its military. What about its lawbringers?

Even if the Demacian army is off fighting the Noxians or whoever, someone's got to keep law and order going back home, right? Who keeps the citizens from murdering each other at night or prevents thieves from running rampant while the troops are away?

In this line of thinking, I think a sort of "Judicator" caste of Demacia's forces could be a good starting point for a new Demacian Champion. Basically, these would be knights/guards/etc. dedicated to maintaining order in Demacia's cities and towns, investigating crimes, and arresting criminals. Garen might be a good warrior, but I think his whole "DEMACIA IS AWESOME!" mindset would mess with him trying to do a job where "justice is blind".

Any thoughts on this?

Demacians all have a very strong sense of justice, every single citizen. I think if one sees their neighbour commit a crime, he will do something about it. Either stop the crime himself or call for help.

I always had it in my head that the Demacian military was also the police (because that's a great idea, right?). I don't have any evidence to support it, but that's how I've always pictured it.

The more DEMACIA!!! The better. Also, Vayne sorta fights crime, but she focuses almost complety on Black Magic.

they most likely have some sort of police force(or towns guard or something),but I dunno if we'll ever get any of them as a champ,I mean there's got to be some crime fighting force in every city state(even zaun has one),so it'd be kinda much to introduce them for every city state.
