Humor me on this one, and assume they somehow came across one another.
Would they get along? Would they be friendly? Or would Garen's pro-Demacia bigotry get in the way?

Doubt garen would really do much about it,I mean appearantly lux is dating ezreal,who is from piltover,so Leona shouldn't be a problem compared to him(also I doubt that Garen and Lux have such a close brother/sister-relationship at all).
Overall I'd say they'd get along,I mean both have even some similarities in their backgrounds(neither of them really wanted to fight,lux got into a child-soldier program,while they wanted to force leona to kill a fellow rakkor member to prove herself)
The world would go blind.
