Im really hyped for the new champ, and i was almost 100% sure that they are going to be released in patch 7.14, but since we havent got any teasers (other than the blog post, but im talking about maybe an ability reveal a picture on social media or even an animation), i kinda doubt now that we are going to see the new champ as soon as i imagined. Do you think we still have some hope?
Riot spent a few months after Camille to release Xayah and Rakan. And also Xayah and Rakan are two separate champion, so I wouldn't expect a new release for a month or two
I haven't been hyped for a champion since Azir. I've been wanting another unique fighter champion. Camille isn't unique, she's just a bunch of older mechanics stuck together with scissor blades.
so just short a few comments on your posts about the leaks:
Riot is doing small Teaser and Teaser over long time (jhin / kled) when the champion got no public spotlight. The new champion got a reveal in the post. So doing a a cinematic Teaser on Monday is enough Abilities preview are coming 2 have before the PBE patch goes live. So what isn't a Teaser. And with the release of the quest system we are able to get a Champ post event. So big long teasers over a long time aren't needed.
