Should Sion's Animated Attacks be Visible from the Bush?

(Oddly I thought this was more relevant to gameplay than this section. But a Rioter deleted it because it was more relevant to this Story and Art than Gameplay - a section where people discuss lore and fanart?? Come on mods/devs - surely there's a way to move it rather than force us to retype the thing. And does the move make sense?)

I could have swore that once upon a time, Sion's animations were visible if he was sitting in bushes. But today I encountered an AD Sion that was doing both the knockup and the minion push like they were secret attacks. Surely, this is an oversight. No warning, no chance to dodge, nothing. Really?

It's not an oversight, it's always been this way; just be careful of the brush when playing against Sion. I think it's balanced for tank Sion but it's a little more dumb when against a full AD Sion. That being said, AD Sion isn't going to win as much lmao

Depends on what you are playing against AD Sion though. Luckily for me though the last game was against an AD Sion with scaling AD runes, I was playing one of the full tanky types (Rammus), so it quickly became moot. But man oh man - it was a bit mind blowing seeing your champion and the minions flying upwards with nary a Sion (or animation) in sight.

Here is where you are wrong, this section is NOT to talk about fan art, the "Art" part of this board is to talk about any kind of official artwork or visual thing (Splash art, Models, Videos, Etc) created Riot (Fant art goes in the "Concepts and Creations"), so, that includes the "visibility" of Sion's Animated Attacks.

Anyways, it kinda affects the gameplay... So, i think that it should go in the Gameplay section... but whatever, if Riot says so.

I will re add this comment. Once upon a time in S3 all abilities worked like that. Completely invisible.

And I'll re-add what I had planned as my reply. ;)

Yup, you're right there. Not sure if it makes sense in the current meta though.
