I have mixed opinions about many of his thenatic aspects but his personality is one I actually like.
He may act all tough and big but he's such a momma's boy it's almost adorable. The one kinda self-contradiction that IMO poses great development-potential in the future.
Riot is being amazing with their champion releases so far. The mind blowing release of Senna Aphelios who has amazing lore. and now we have Sett, which is basically everything you just said.
Watch this momma's boy walk up a set of stairs, take off his shirt, and become "The boss".
