Players who AFK, Feed, and purposely throw games not banned

When are you going to ban people who ruin games because they're too emotional? I can't count how many time I get people who are uncooperative, ragequit, afk, give up and i never get notifications that they get banned.

Does Riot Lyte not understand that it is a thousand time more toxic to waste 4 other players time to throw a temper tantrum and make us lose?

Why aren't these people getting banned, they'll never improve and are a headache to carry when they don't deserve it.

Why would they be banned? These trash cans are the cash cows of League of Legends.

It's ok right I have had 173 games trolled and 120 with afks .... in ranked. when I say trolled I want you to fully understand I do not mean bad players, players having a bad game or making mistakes. I mean players from lobby on full on trying to lose the game and even stating it in chat. Just want to say I looked some of these people up, no break in their game play days weeks and months later. However I did find out that if you tell the other team that a team mate is trolling when the other team asks what is going on, that riot will give you chat bans and 14 day account bans. I submitted a ticket on this and riot responded by telling me that by calling them a troll in all chat that you are giving that player (the trolling player) a negative gaming experience....... The other team asked me what was going on but ok I'm sorry that ruined the person trying to lose the games gaming experience guess I should be thanking them for trying to cause our game to be a loss. Riot logic :/

I dont think you get notifications about afkers.. But in the post game screen... if you are unable to honor them... (I think their name is in red too).. Then they have been flagged as AFK... They will eventually get punished if they do it enough...

Notification do go out. I reported someone last night and when I 're queued it popped up. But as in the forum here I read it takes a lot to get a report to follow thru. Sucks but not my system.

They are.... they're just too slow at doing it, because the system is young, for the feeder part. And you need as little as 2 minutes of problems reconnecting to get punished for AFK.
